TriNet seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support critical pre-hire and recruiting operations, partnering with the Talent Acquisition Team to enhance candidate experiences and assist hiring managers across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of professional recruitment or HR experience preferred.
• 2 years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Strong process, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle HCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume interview scheduling across roles and time zones.
• Own pre-employment processing: requisitions, offers, background checks.
• Prepare offers, review and adjudicate background and reference checks.
• Maintain digital candidate files for compliance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, assistants, vendors, and internal partners.
• Generate reports on candidate activity for Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Support TA system implementations and process improvements.
• Flex into different projects within the Talent Team.
