Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations

MXA Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to lead recruiting operations, project management, and TA optimization initiatives. This role partners closely with recruiting leadership to scale processes, technology, analytics, and service delivery that elevate the overall talent acquisition function. A Hybrid role 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end TA operations and recruiting projects from concept through implementation
• Partner with recruiting leaders on sourcing strategy, technology enablement, and process improvement
• Develop recruiting analytics and executive-level reporting (ROI, compliance, source of hire, performance metrics)
• Optimize TA systems, tools, and workflows, including AI-enabled solutions
• Drive consistency across recruiting processes, data, and reporting
• Lead and develop the TA coordination team and recruiter enablement programs

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management, reporting, and data analysis experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Talent Acquisition Operations or recruiting experience preferred
• Strong consultative, analytical, and communication skills
• Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
