Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for open positions.

• Cross-functionally collaborate with teams across the organization.
• Define job requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Performs other duties as assigned; comply with policies and standards.
