Factor Search is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition – US Field Operations to lead a distributed TA team across US field operations in waste/environmental services. This strategic role focuses on high-volume, non-corporate hiring and close collaboration with Operations and HR leaders.

The position requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to address under‑performing markets while shaping long-term workforce plans across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Significant recruitment leadership experience in a large, multi-site environment.
• Proven track record in high-volume field/operational hiring (blue-collar workforces preferred).
• Experience leading TA teams and people leaders, not just individual contributors.
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5–6 direct reports and a wider TA group.
• Own the TA strategy for US field operations across solid waste and environmental services.
• Oversee high-volume hiring for non-corporate, operational roles including drivers, technicians, operators, and frontline leaders.
• Build strong relationships with senior Operations and HR leaders to support field operations.
• Use data to anticipate hiring and retention issues and drive proactive solutions.
• Travel to sites and regional offices to understand local requirements and shift more engagement online over time.
