Clear Destination Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units.

You will coach a 3-5 member TA team, align recruiting with workforce planning, market insights, and business goals, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on hiring priorities and talent availability. This role supports engineering, construction, or related technical industries, with remote work option and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people leadership or recruiting team management experience.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers in a consultative environment.
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, reporting, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to create sourcing and selection strategies and ensure process compliance.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide executive-level updates on pipeline health and trends.
• Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation movements, and external partnerships.
