Job summary

Undisclosed US client in the financial services sector seeks a VP-level Talent Acquisition leader to oversee US recruitment in a player/coach capacity. Based in central NJ, the role requires two days on-site weekly and oversight of both corporate and technical searches.

The candidate will report to the Global Head of TA, manage one direct report, and drive vendor management, reporting, and system/process optimization across US recruitment.

Qualifications

• Liv TA leadership experience at VP level in financial services or regulated environments.
• Experience across both corporate functions and technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage a direct report and vendor relationships.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and process improvement skills.
• Hybrid NJ-based role with 2 days on-site per week.

Our client is a specialized and global financial services firm who is hiring a US Talent Acquisition leader (VP level).

The role will report to the Global Head of TA and oversee US recruitment in a player/coach capacity, leading a breadth of searches across corporate functions (risk, compliance, audit, etc.) and tech, managing one direct report, owning vendor relationships, managing reporting and playing a key role in systems implementation and process optimization. The role is based in their central NJ office, 2 days a week.

The firm is seeking experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments and ideally a generalist recruiting skillset with exposure across both corporate functions and technical recruiting.
