Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Integration and Test Engineering Lead for the Electrical Warfare team. You will guide a team and perform hands-on testing from concept through deployment, focusing on ESM/ECM systems and flight-test activities.

The role emphasizes planning, verification, and automation in lab and field environments, with travel and a top-tier security clearance required. The position sits at our Costa Mesa, CA location and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Experience leading a Systems Integration and Test team.
Experience testing RADAR/Electronic Support Measures (ESM) systems.
Experience creating plans and procedures for System integration & test (I&T).
Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements.
Experience in SIL (System in Lab) design, setup and automation.
Flight Test experience and flight test data analysis.
Experience in integrating Firmware and Software build on prototype and production grade hardware.
Experience in platform integration, co-site analysis, EMI/EMC testing.
High ownership, mission-oriented mentality with strong communication skills.
Ability to travel for test planning and execution.
Active U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities
