Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware, software, and system-level verification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and measurement tooling.
• Comfortable in Linux environments and using CLIs.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing and automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for field tests and deployments.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute system-level test strategies for EW products.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to integrate and test EW solutions.
• Perform subassembly and full-system integration testing across RF/digital hardware and software layers.
• Design automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Triage and diagnose failures to identify root causes quickly.
• Analyze telemetry and test data to validate fixes and ensure reliability.
• Liaise during deployments and support flight tests and demonstrations.
• Travel to internal and customer sites for field testing.
