Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient with RF test equipment including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
• Comfortable navigating Linux environments, using CLI, shell scripts, and debugging utilities.
• Experience using Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex, system-level issues.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support testing, integration, and demonstrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for EW product lines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate and test EW products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF/digital hardware, firmware, and software.
• Design and implement automated tests to increase coverage, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to rapidly identify root causes.
• Analyze system telemetry and test data to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Serve as a technical liaison to deploy integrated hardware-software products for customer needs.
• Travel to support flight tests and demonstrations at internal and customer sites.
