Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive verification, automation, and deployment of next-generation Electronic Warfare systems. You will collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to lead integration testing across subassemblies and full systems.

You will design automated tests, analyze system telemetry, and perform rapid triage and root-cause diagnosis to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, VNA).
• Comfortable in Linux environments, CLI, scripting, and debugging utilities.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to support testing and field deployments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to operate across teams.
• Active US Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement system-level test strategies, plans, and procedures for EW product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to integrate and test EW products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems across RF/digital hardware, firmware, and software layers.
• Design automated tests to increase coverage, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes quickly.
• Analyze telemetry and test data to validate fixes and ensure reliability.
• Serve as a technical liaison during system deployments and flight tests.
• Travel to internal and customer sites for tests and demonstrations.
