Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive verification, automation, and deployment of next-gen EW systems. You will lead integration testing across hardware, software, firmware, and RF, designing robust automated tests and rapid failure triage to ensure reliability.

You will travel to support flight tests and demonstrate capabilities at internal and customer sites, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy integrated products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware, software, and system-level verification/testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with RF test equipment, Linux, and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level test strategies and plans for EW products.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to test products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems.
• Design automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot failures to identify root causes.
• Analyze telemetry and test data to validate fixes and reliability.
• Serve as liaison during deployment and field demonstrations.
• Travel to internal and customer sites for flight tests.
