Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to lead verification, automation, and deployment of next‑gen Electronic Warfare systems. You will collaborate across hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to design robust automated test suites and analyze telemetry for rapid triage.

The role requires 8+ years in verification, a relevant EE/CE degree, and an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hardware, software, and system-level verification experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNA, etc.).
• Experience navigating Linux, shell scripting, and debugging utilities.
• Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis and automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for field testing and demonstrations.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures and plans.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to test EW products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems.
• Design and implement automated tests to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to identify root causes.
• Analyze telemetry and test data to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Deploy integrated hardware-software products at customer sites.
• Travel to support flight tests and customer demonstrations.
