Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive verification, automation, and deployment of advanced Electronic Warfare systems. You will lead integration testing across hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams, designing automated test suites and analyzing telemetry to ensure reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware, software, and system-level verification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and lab instruments.

Responsibilities

• Develop system-level test strategies, plans, and procedures for EW lines.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to test EW products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems.
• Design automated tests to increase coverage and efficiency.
• Triage failures and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze telemetry to validate fixes and ensure reliability.
• Serve as liaison during deployment and field demonstrations.
• Travel to support flight tests and customer sites.
