Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Level Test and Integration Systems Engineer to support GEOINT capabilities across NSG/ASG and DoD/IC partners. You will lead engineering teams through the full lifecycle, drive requirements, design solutions, and direct integration and testing across complex System of Systems.

The role requires a strong background in systems engineering, test management, and Agile/DevSecOps practices, with active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field.
• 4 years additional experience may substitute for degree.
• 12+ years in government/industry programs with systems engineering, integration, testing, or large-scale enterprise architectures.
• Experience with cloud/hybrid/on-premises environments and DoD/IC style systems.
• Knowledge of NSG/ASG/NRO environments and related programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers across systems engineering, integration, and testing.
• Guide the full systems engineering lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Analyze mission requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Perform independent validation of software and hardware against requirements.
• Execute testing in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
