Job summary

ANSER seeks an Expert Test Systems Engineer to lead enterprise-level testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs. You will guide test strategy, oversee automation and integration testing, and ensure performance and reliability in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating testing across complex System of Systems and advising stakeholders on readiness and risk. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field.
• Expert-level systems integration experience in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments.
• 12+ years of experience in government or industry programs involving testing, integration, or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee engineers performing test and evaluation across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs.
• Oversee application, system, and integration testing in complex enterprise environments.
• Direct testing of applications and APIs within DevOps pipelines to standards.
• Coordinate independent integration testing of software and hardware for compliance with requirements.
• Plan and execute manual and automated testing using scripting and programming languages.
• Lead investigations and root-cause analysis for defects found during testing.
• Define and enforce test strategies, QA processes, and best practices.
• Ensure system performance validation across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
