Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field.
• 12+ years of experience with DoD/IC programs and system-of-systems environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mid-level and junior systems engineers across all phases of the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance in requirements engineering, solution engineering, integration, testing, reliability, resiliency, maintainability, and performance analysis.
• Develop and evaluate system designs based on mission requirements, emerging technologies, and enterprise architecture.
• Support systems integration efforts across multiple platforms, services, and organizations.
