Job summary

You will provide technical leadership across the systems engineering lifecycle, guiding teams through requirements development, solution design, integration, and performance analysis for enterprise-scale GEOINT capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field; master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in DoD/IC programs and requirements engineering.
• Experience with cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments; lifecycle leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor systems engineers across all phases of the lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on requirements, solution design, integration, testing, and performance analysis.
• Evaluate designs against mission requirements and enterprise architecture.
