Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Expert GEOINT Lead Integrator to guide enterprise transformation across NGA and Mission Partners. You will lead systems engineering, integration, and MBSE-driven modernization across the full lifecycle, from architecture through operations, as a trusted advisor.

The role demands senior leadership in enterprise integration, MBSE, and Digital Engineering, with active TS/SCI and strong cross-agency collaboration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or another STEM discipline.
• 18+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive experience leading systems engineering, systems integration, architecture, and technical analysis across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide systems integration efforts across NGA PEOs and Mission Partners.
• Advise government stakeholders on integration strategy, architecture modernization, and enterprise transformation.
• Drive architecture gap analyses and development of future-state enterprise architectures.
• Mentor engineers and integrators while expanding team capabilities.
