Job summary

RTX in Woburn, MA seeks a Systems Engineer II for the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars Department. You will support radar data analysis, systems integration, and testing to meet tough DoD requirements. Strong MATLAB/Python/C/C++ skills, RF knowledge, and HWIL experience are essential.

Role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders, test planning, and occasional travel. Onsite in Woburn with a clear path to growth in a mission‑critical defense program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Strong programming and hardware integration skills.
• Experience with radar and RF concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and test planning/execution and verification events.
• Support system performance assessments and validation testing.
• Execute integration plans and testing milestones.
• Integrate radar system software builds in HWIL facilities.
• Collaborate with leads to develop test approaches and reviews.
• Ensure test procedures comply with DoD release and export policies.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
