Job summary

RTX is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our Systems Integration & Test team in Woburn, MA. The role focuses on X-Band radar technology, performing radar data analysis, and driving system integration with software and hardware teams.

This onsite position requires an active DoD security clearance (Secret) and willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will lead integration efforts, develop test approaches, and present results to

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux and Unix in systems engineering.
• Experience with radar data analysis, integration, verification and testing, and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in integration and test planning/execution and perform scenario-based analysis.
• Complete system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure requirements.
• Lead test plans, scripts, and ensure procedures meet DoD release and export policies.
• Collaborate with leads to generate test approaches and ensure readiness.
