Job summary

RTX is seeking a talented Systems Engineer II to join the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars team in Woburn, MA. Responsibilities include radar data analysis, systems integration, and collaboration with software and hardware teams to deliver validated radar solutions.

The role requires a STEM degree with at least 2 years of experience and proficiency in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and Linux/Unix.
• Background in radar systems or related hardware preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and test planning/execution, verification/validation events, regression testing, and scenario-based analysis.
• Support system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure requirements/specifications.
• Execute integration plans and testing activities per defined milestones.
• Integrate radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility for testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-program leads to generate test approaches and ensure test readiness.
• Ensure test processes comply with DoD release and export licensing policies.
• Willingness for 10% travel including domestic and international assignments.
