Everpure is seeking a security-cleared Senior Systems Engineer to join the Public Sector, Defence and Defence Industrial Base team as a senior technical pre-sales partner to our Account Executives and channel partners across the UK and Ireland. Remote-based with regular UK travel to government and defence locations.

You will translate government requirements into architectures and proposals, lead demonstrations, mentor junior SEs, and enable partners to scale solutions while ensuring security,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in pre-sales, systems engineering, solution architecture, or similar technical role in technology.
• Strong storage fundamentals and experience with storage technologies and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on public sector and defence opportunities, guiding discovery and shaping solution direction.
• Lead technical stature within SE pool, mentoring less experienced colleagues.
• Translate customer requirements into architectures, proposals, sizing, quotes, and concepts.
• Conduct technical presentations, demos, and workshops for government and defence stakeholders, remotely and on-site across UK and Ireland.
• Enable and coach channel partner SEs to position and scale solutions in public sector and defence markets.
• Validate technical fit including storage, virtualization, and infrastructure with security and resilience in mind.
• Collaborate across internal teams to deliver a strong buying experience for public sector and defence stakeholders.
• Participate in training and knowledge sharing within the team on defence procurement requirements.
