Job summary

Everpure is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Systems Engineering to lead a high-performing pre-sales team for US Government customers. You will guide architects who modernize data strategies using all-flash storage, cloud, and AI-driven solutions.

You will shape technical sales strategy, grow relationships with federal agencies, and ensure customer outcomes align with our strategic agenda. This role requires active TS/SCI clearance and deep domain expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of management experience leading sales engineers in US Federal & Intelligence.
• 10+ years selling storage/networking/systems to large accounts and data centers.
• Deep understanding of US Government IT architecture and multi-tier solutions.
• Active security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a technical sales strategy for federal accounts.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing pre-sales team.
• Lead technical leadership in storage, DAS, NAS, and SAN offerings.
• Translate customer business needs into innovative storage/data solutions.
• Respond to RFIs and RFPs when needed.
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape.
