Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Systems Engineer VI – Systems to lead architecture and lifecycle of advanced defense systems from the Folsom, CA site, with Reno, NV or remote options. You will serve as site technical authority, align MBSE practices, and govern requirements, verification, and integration across programs.

Reporting to the Systems Engineering Manager in the Strategic Systems Engineering Department, you will mentor engineers, participate in SRR/PDR/CDR reviews, and drive change

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with MDA processes, CDRL development, and lifecycle standards.
• Expert in MBSE using SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Strong requirements management and verification experience.

Responsibilities

• Site technical authority for systems engineering across programs.
• Define site requirements management and compliance policies.
• Lead system architecture strategy and verification frameworks.
• Provide cross-domain engineering leadership for integration.
• Own site risk management and escalation frameworks.
• Lead SRR/PDR/CDR reviews and change control governance.
• MBSE leadership and toolchain alignment.
• Liaise with customers and suppliers on flowdowns and issues.
• Mentor junior and mid-level systems engineers.
