Job summary

Voyager Technologies, a defense and space technology leader, seeks a Systems Engineer III to lead requirements development, verification planning, risk management, and MBSE on MDA-aligned missile defense programs. The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination in a mission-critical setting.

You’ll apply MBSE artifacts using SysML and Cameo, coordinating with propulsion, software, hardware, test, GNC, quality and safety teams, while supporting design reviews and schedule alignment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of systems engineering experience in DoD, aerospace, or missile defense programs.
• Experience in requirements development, verification planning, and risk management.
• Familiarity with MDA processes, reviews, and CDRL development.
• Hands-on MBSE with SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field from an accredited university.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain system, subsystem, and interface requirements with traceability and compliance.
• Develop and manage system-level verification plans, procedures, and matrices.
• Plan and support system-level verification events (reviews, inspections, tests).
• Conduct technical risk assessments, mitigation plans, and tracking.
• Interface with propulsion, software, hardware, test, GNC, quality and safety teams.
