Ventus Executive Solutions seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to support the Mod VA SSW Mission Systems program. You will lead MBSE tasks, architecture reviews, and system design, coordinating with government and industry teams to deliver capability enhancements.

You will provide technical leadership, develop decision-quality briefings, and ensure alignment with construction schedules and submarine-like domains for national security initiatives. This on-site role in Manassas requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project engineering and SME support for Mod VA SSW Mission Systems.
• Lead requirements, systems engineering, design reviews, integration and testing.
• Coordinate with government, industry SMEs and stakeholders.
• Develop decision-quality briefings and represent operational intent across teams.
