Qualifications

• BS in Systems Engineering or in a related STEM field is required.
• 0–2 years of systems engineering experience preferred.

• Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software and concepts quickly.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Use MBSE tools to define architectures and behaviors for Navy systems.
• Identify and implement modern digital engineering solutions.
• Support requirements development and manage performance metrics.
• Collaborate to develop system models using SysML and scripting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integration and alignment.
• Assist with model updates and feature impact analyses.
• Perform requirements verification and compliance assessments.
• Create and maintain model-generated documentation.
• Assist with continuous process improvement and mentoring.
