Job summary

Ventus Executive Solutions in the United States seeks a Mid/Senior Systems Engineer (Modeling & Simulation) to support an innovative program office responsible for integrating advanced weapons systems into Virginia-class submarines. You will provide engineering and technical support across development, integration, testing, assessments, and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
5+/10+ years systems engineering experience supporting defense or weapons systems.
Familiarity with TI-24.
Understanding of submarine combat systems, system architectures, and the integration of multiple technical capabilities.
Experience applying technical analysis, modeling, simulation, software, or analytical tools to complex systems.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering and technical support across system development, requirements analysis, integration, testing, and risk management.
Collaborate with government, military, and engineering stakeholders to evaluate capabilities and resolve technical challenges.
Support program objectives and contribute to successful integration of advanced capabilities.
