Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to support the TTWCS program in the United States. You will work with fellow engineers and government personnel, applying MBSE methods to develop requirements and update interfaces, refining architectural diagrams as needed.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with weekly travel to NSWC Dahlgren. You will participate in IPT meetings and engineering reviews, contributing to design decisions and technical briefs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a technical discipline.
Experience with MBSE approaches and applying them to engineering tasks.
Familiarity with system modeling and requirements activities.

Responsibilities

Determine impacts on weapon system, requirements, and design specifications during development.
Review and create requirements at multiple levels (SSS, SSDD, SRS, HRS).
Develop Candidate Change Packages (CCP) to engineer new capabilities and document impacts.
Review and develop system architectures using modeling tools like MagicDraw.
Provide human factors engineering and UI/HCI documentation support.
Engage in IPT meetings, ERB/DRB/CRB and IWG activities with packaging and documentation tasks.
Attend weekly team meetings and communicate engineering summaries verbally and in writing.
