Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Staff Systems Engineer - Lab Test Capability Lead to join the Sentinel Systems Engineering team in Roy, UT. Lead a team of engineers to develop system artifacts for Sentinel communications networks within a model-based environment.

You will work with the Air Force to identify stakeholder needs, drive top-level requirements, and mature architecture content for large programs. Collaboration with technical teams and leadership is essential to success.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required with active DoD Secret Clearance (last 6 years)
• 4+ years requirements management/analysis/allocations
• 3+ years MBSE practices with Cameo/Rhapsody/MagicDraw
• 4+ years experience in C2/NC3 or related military aerospace domains

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to develop system engineering artifacts for Sentinel Network in a MBSE environment.
• Integrate across System Test, Support Equipment, Systems Engineering, Launch and Flight Systems to detail Operational Tests.
• Collaborate with Air Force stakeholders to identify needs and drive top-level requirements.
• Develop and mature architecture content for large programs and drive design.
• Represent requirements in the model and ensure traceability.
• Develop unifying modeling techniques, procedures, and processes for model development and team integration.
