Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer - Flight Test Capability Lead in Roy, UT. You will lead a small systems engineering team, develop artifacts, and ensure architectural integrity across multiple flight-test and Sentinel programs.

You will work with DoD stakeholders, manage requirements, and apply model-based engineering techniques to deliver robust system solutions on complex aerospace programs.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 4+ years of requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 3+ years MBSE with Cameo, Rhapsody or MagicDraw.
• 4+ years in C2, physical security, NC3, or related aerospace domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to develop systems engineering artifacts for Sentinel communications networks.
• Integrate across System Test, SE, and Launch Systems to detail operational test baselines.
• Collaborate with Air Force stakeholders to drive top-level requirements.
• Develop and mature architectural content for large programs.
• Develop and apply modeling techniques and processes for MBSE.
• Support requirements management and system architecture development.
