Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD Special Programs and AT efforts at Wright-Patterson AFB, with TS/SCI eligibility and SAP experience.

You will advance anti-tamper architectures, perform system protection analyses, and provide engineering oversight across lifecycles. The role requires DoD engineering background, active clearance or eligibility for SCI/SAP, and travel up to 10% CONUS, with opportunities to develop curriculum and train personnel in classified

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain SCI and access to SAP, background investigation current within 5 years or under Continuous Vetting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 12+ years of DoD/government engineering experience or Master’s Degree with 10+ years.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP or SCI experience within the last 8 years.
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS).

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems engineering policy and procedures for acquisition, fielding, sustainment, modernization and disposal of weapons systems.
• Assess integrated circuitry and processors for reverse engineering methodologies.
• Develop engineering curriculum modules for ATEA FPO education outreach.
• Work with Government and industry partners to develop/update training materials.
• Instruct sponsored educational courses in a classified environment using various aids and briefings.
• Provide engineering support for technology/product acquisitions including RFP development and project oversight.
• Review proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility.
• Evaluate acquired capabilities against system requirements and CPI protections.
• Identify technologies to protect CPI and improve anti-tamper designs.
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in system/subsystem testing.
