Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Systems Engineer II in Massachusetts to support the LTAMDS FoR program. You will develop requirements, perform data analysis, and drive system integration across disciplines.

The role involves leading testing, troubleshooting, and modeling activities to ensure mission-ready radar systems. With a current Secret clearance and a strong foundation in STEM, you will contribute across the full lifecycle from concept to deployment, including travel up to 20% for mission execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.
• Typically requires 8+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and system interfaces.
• Lead testing efforts with plans, procedures, integration, and verification.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues via detailed data analysis.
• Drive performance improvements across functions and resolve system issues.
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems for full functionality.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless integration.
