Raytheon is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) Discipline, supporting the LTAMDS Family of Radars (FoR). This onsite role offers work across the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, with opportunities to troubleshoot, analyze data, and implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required with 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with systems software, hardware, requirements, integration, and/or test.
• Active U.S. government security clearance is required on day one; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements, interfaces, and concepts of operations.
• Lead testing plans, procedures, and verification across simulations and real environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues through data analysis.
• Collaborate across functions to drive performance improvements.
• Develop and execute models to predict system performance and support verification and validation.
• Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team to achieve seamless integration and system functionality.
• Document integration plans and communicate results to leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze radar performance data to ensure optimal system performance and verify requirements.
• Present technical findings and solutions to leadership and customers.
• Travel up to 20% to support missions.
