Job summary

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for Radar within the SE&TC organization at our Massachusetts facilities. This role focuses on defining operational concepts, requirements, and algorithms for radar systems, collaborating across engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The position is onsite in MA with potential travel to RTX sites. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with systems hardware, requirements, integration, and/or testing.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, C/C++ or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts of operations for radar systems.
• Develop radar processing algorithms and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers to implement solutions.
• Present findings to leadership and customers.
