Job summary

Integrated Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior escalation-focused IT engineer to own complex infrastructure work across a client base in High Point, NC. You will act as the final escalation point for Level 2, handle migrations, design networks, and manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID configurations.

You’ll operate without a management track, deliver hands-on projects, and maintain security and backup stacks while communicating with owners and executives to explain costs and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final internal escalation point for our help desk and Level 2 technicians.
• Take over inherited environments, document, plan modernization, and build affordable paths forward.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects with cutover and rollback plans.
• Build complete environments: AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services, firewall, VLANs, and Microsoft 365 tenancy.
• Architect and troubleshoot networking: site-to-site VPN, VLANs, routing, firewall policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in depth: CA, identity, mail flow, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Maintain security and backup stacks and respond to compromises.
• Support line-of-business apps like QuickBooks and client-specific software.
• Be the senior technical voice in client conversations with owners and executives.
• Document in ITGlue to avoid starting from zero for the next engineer.
