Qualifications

• Three+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Exchange Online, Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Own escalated tickets and ensure timely resolutions.
• Troubleshoot MS 365, Windows, networking, servers, and endpoints.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and vendors as needed.
• Maintain accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours work.
