A leading Managed Service Provider in Columbia, Maryland is seeking a senior-level Escalations System Engineer. This role involves leading Tier 2/3 escalations, executing server/cloud migrations, and supporting Microsoft 365 & Azure. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of MSP experience with deep expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and a proactive mindset. What You’ll Do

Lead Tier 2/3 escalations, design and execute server/cloud migrations, support Microsoft 365 & Azure, manage Windows Server (AD/DNS/DHCP), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and drive automation with PowerShell.
