Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer II contractor to join the IT team. The role focuses on managing Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments, and ownership of end-user lifecycle management and IT service tracking through Jira.

The candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, AD/Azure AD, Google Workspace management, and L2/L3 support in a 24x7 setup, with strong networking and DFS/SCOM knowledge to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-user lifecycle management in large organizations.
• Ability to manage AD, Azure AD, and Google Workspace accounts across HR triggers.
• Experience with 24x7 IT operations and ticketing in Jira.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard users including provisioning and de-provisioning across platforms.
• Manage user lifecycle across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Microsoft, and other tools.
• Track, manage, and update IT service requests using Jira with SLAs.
• Administer Citrix XenDesktop 7 and XenDesktop environments.
• Maintain Active Directory with GPOs and cross-domain considerations.
• Perform backups of systems and network devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows-related issues and network fundamentals.
