Job summary

Agility Partners is seeking an experienced Citrix Infrastructure Engineer to design, administer, optimize, and support the organization’s enterprise Citrix environment. The role serves as the primary technical expert for Citrix technologies, leading modernization efforts and driving performance, reliability, and scalability across hybrid on‑premises, Azure, and AWS.

You will architect and manage CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler, StoreFront, and Workspace, provide Tier 3/4 support, monitor security

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience in hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Citrix CVAD, Citrix Cloud, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Workspace, and WEM.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong Active Directory and identity management knowledge (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Networking fundamentals, security, patching, and vulnerability management experience.
• Experience with automation, APIs, and infrastructure monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect, manage, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Workspace, and related technologies.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support for complex Citrix, virtualization, and infrastructure issues.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments.
• Support VMware vSphere, enterprise storage, backup/recovery solutions, and cloud operations.
• Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and security across Citrix and supporting platforms.
• Lead infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, automation, and service improvement initiatives.
• Partner with security, networking, application, and business teams to align infrastructure with organizational needs.
• Utilize automation and AI-enabled tools to improve troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, and operational efficiency.

The engineer will serve as the primary technical expert for Citrix technologies, leading modernization efforts, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving performance, reliability, and scalability across hybrid infrastructure environments.

• Architect, manage, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, Workspace, and related technologies.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support for complex Citrix, virtualization, and infrastructure issues.
• Manage hybrid infrastructure across on-premises, Azure, and AWS environments.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience in hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Citrix technologies including CVAD, Citrix Cloud, ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, and WEM.
• Experience supporting VMware vSphere virtualization environments.
• Knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking fundamentals, security, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with PowerShell, automation, APIs, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
