Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Systems Engineer II focusing on Citrix to ensure stable, secure, and scalable IT platforms across multiple sites in Illinois. You will design, deploy, and maintain environments supporting core business functions, including Citrix XenApp and VDI, with involvement in security and compliance practices.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 5+ years of relevant IT systems experience, including EMR familiarity.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience required.
Five+ years IT Systems/Platform Engineering experience.
Experience with Citrix technologies (XenApp, VDI, NetScaler) and EMR systems.
Training or certification related to technology portfolio.

Responsibilities

Maintain and upgrade Endeavor Health’s software, platforms, infrastructure and devices.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure interoperability across environments.
Lead complex hardware/software analysis and capacity planning.
Install patches and evaluate security updates; perform on‑call duties.
