Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Project Engineer II to lead medium-to-large infrastructure initiatives across practice onboardings, M&A integrations, and major refreshes. This remote, full-time role requires cross-functional leadership and hands-on delivery across networks, servers, and cloud services.

The ideal candidate brings domain depth in infrastructure engineering, project delivery, and strong communication skills for executive updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years of progressive infrastructure engineering with project delivery ownership.
• Healthcare or MSP integration experience preferred.
• PCNSE, Aruba ACMA, VCP, or AZ-104 strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% across the continental United States.

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for medium-to-large multi-workstream projects.
• Lead planning and execution of infrastructure project workstreams (onboarding, integrations, network refreshes, hardware installs, migrations).
• Serve as technical lead during new practice integrations — determine readiness requirements and direct on-site and remote configuration work.
• Drive coordination with Service Delivery, IT Operations, Security, and vendors.
• Partner with IT Project Managers to align engineering deliverables with milestones and provide status updates.
