Job summary

P3 Health Partners is seeking an Infrastructure Systems Administrator to install, configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise networking, Citrix Remote Access, Azure cloud services, and Windows/Linux systems. This role focuses on reliability, availability, and security across data centers and cloud environments.

Hybrid or fully remote work is available; on-site three days weekly for those near offices, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in healthcare, computer science, or business, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of IS related support.
• 3+ years of experience as System Administrator.
• 2+ years of experience administrating Firewalls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary administrator for enterprise network infrastructure and security appliances.
• Monitors network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively resolves issues.
• Performs network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintains DNS, DHCP, IPAM, routing, switching, and segmentation.
• Supports disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency.
