Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a major federal agency. The role spans on-site Boston, remote, and hybrid work, with potential in Philadelphia as well.

You will lead system design, requirements gathering, and program validation for complex government IT tasks. Ideal candidates have substantial Relativity ARM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record in supervising teams to deliver compliant, high-quality

Qualifications

• Five years of hands-on experience in systems analysis and IT projects.
• Experience with litigation support environments is highly beneficial.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and design end-to-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes for records policy compliance.
• Consult with COR, government case managers, and attorneys on IT needs.
• Define system requirements and design solutions to meet them.
• Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
• Produce system documentation and reports on progress and outcomes.
