Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks an experienced Business Analyst in the Dallas area with hybrid/remote options. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to define functional requirements and document processes for government projects.

The role emphasizes clear communication, rigorous documentation, and Agile delivery to improve services and implement new technologies. You will develop and present briefs, analyze materials for accuracy, and work with senior leaders

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Experience with phase-based and Agile delivery methods.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with Jira or other Agile tools.
• Capable of working in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and process maps.
• Create and maintain documentation, diagrams, and user guides.
• Develop briefings and communications for customers and executives.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and CGS teams.
• Identify opportunities for service delivery improvements and new tech.
