Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a broad IT initiative for a large Federal agency. You will design, implement, and document enterprise systems, leading a technical team and coordinating with COR and legal staff on IT requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on system work, workflow development, and thorough documentation, with a focus on compliance, security, and timely deliverables in a government setting.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on experience with the systems used.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lead a technical team and provide direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow process to identify, archive, and delete materials per policy and instruction.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT needs and proposed approaches.
• Design the entire system to meet defined requirements and oversee its implementation.
• On smaller projects, perform the full range of technical support and testing.
• Organize and conduct user training sessions and prepare training materials.
