Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a major Federal agency IT initiative from our San Francisco area team. The role focuses on designing and delivering complete system solutions, overseeing a team, and ensuring timely, quality deliverables.

You will collaborate with COR, attorneys, and program managers to translate requirements into robust IT architectures, including Relativity workflows and documentation. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including the creation of ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Must be able to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Must demonstrate substantial, hands‑on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience.
• Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications.
• Experience in a litigation support environment is extremely helpful.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Supervisory experience is very strongly preferred.
• The ability to lead a technical team, and to give it direction, will be very important, as will the demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs.
• Ideally, Relativity Certified Administrator or Relativity Infrastructure Specialist certification is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes for material destruction/deletion per policy and NARA guidance.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT requirements and approach.
• Determine system and project requirements from consultations and design the full system accordingly.
• May perform full technical support on smaller projects including validation and testing.
• Direct and supervise personnel on task orders to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and conduct user training on developed systems.
