Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support a wide-ranging technical initiative for a large Federal agency in the Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes shaping system requirements, design, testing, and documentation to meet mission needs.

You will lead a technical team, coordinate with COR and attorneys, and deliver timely, quality deliverables while aligning with governance standards. Relativity and litigation support background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive Relativity experience for ARM workflows and litigation support.
• Strong ability to lead a technical team and manage scope.
• Must have at least five years of hands-on IT experience in government environments.
• Broad knowledge of the Government IT environments, including networks and databases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document a workflow process to identify, archive, and delete materials according to policy and instruction.
• Typically reports to IT Manager, Systems Manager, or Lead Project Manager.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements and proposed approach.
• Determine system and project requirements based on consultations and design the system to meet them.
• In smaller projects, perform end-to-end technical support including testing and validation.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and reports; present findings and recommendations.
