Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a broad IT initiative for a large Federal agency. The role emphasizes leading a technical team, architecture design, and ensuring requirements align with policy and litigation support needs.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, ARM workflows, and five+ years of hands-on IT system work within government environments, with strong communication and supervision skills.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including ARMs (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Hands-on, 5+ years of experience with the systems used.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments, with office automation and databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflows to identify, archive, and delete materials per policy.
• Consult with COR, government case managers, and trial attorneys on system requirements.
• Design the entire system to meet requirements and supervise the technical tasks.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and training materials.
• Monitor progress and report on contract/task order status.
