Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a large Federal agency, focusing on Relativity archiving and workflow development. The role involves collaborating with COR, attorneys, and IT leadership to translate needs into a complete system solution and to document processes for compliance.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Relativity experience, strong communication skills, and supervisory capabilities, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• Significant Relativity experience including creation of ARM’s (Archive/Restore/Move).
• Ability to create and refine Relativity ARM workflows and SOPs.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in related IT environments; other systems may require different skills.
• Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, office networks, and server-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage archiving of Relativity databases and document workflows to policy compliance.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and attorneys on IT needs and approaches.
• Design and implement end-to-end systems to meet requirements; supervise on small projects.
• Lead and mentor technical staff; ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
